Q: Can the clients get free sample before placing an order?

A:Yes, they can. We are glad to provide some free samples 4~6pcs. But the clients need to bear the courier fee and provide us your own courier account.

Q: Can the clients print their logo on the bottle?

A: Yes, we can provide uv silk screen printing and hot foil logo on the bottle. Also, we can customize or metalize colored based on client's needs.

Q: What is MOQ for an order?

     Can the client order sample order before a formal order?

A: MOQ of standard style and color is 3,000-5,000. MOQ of customize is 5,000~10,000. Yes, sample order is usually shipped out via courier. We'll return sample order fee, not including courier fee when a formal order is placed.

Q: What is the normal lead time?

A: It usually takes about 30-40 days after receiving the deposit and PPS is confirmed.

Q: What is your company's payment trading?

A: We generally accept T/T (50% Deposit before mass production, 50% Balance prior 7 days before delivery).

Q: How do we control the quality?

A: Before mass production, we'll provide sample to get approval. 100% inspection with internationally Acceptable Quality Limit(AQL) during all the production, and randomly inspection before packing and delivery.

A: We cooperate with long-term and reliable shipping company for sea or air delivery. We're also willing to help and suggest you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements and orders, like by sea, by air, or by express, etc.
